Bought Devils May Cry could only play 5min of game below is correspondence Buyer Beware:lol: :x

1.Unplayable sound cuts in and out, voices works then cuts out.
2.Beginning of game stuck on bridge, cannot move forward tried everything to move unable to proceed with the game
3. When the help notes come up for example says to press 6, I press button nothing happens have to reboot.

As you can see below I have yet to receive any feedback from Capcom regarding this game.

Therefore as I bought this game through STEAM, please advise how you will refund my money.

Bought DMC two weeks ago unable to proceed passed the
exploding bridge 2min into game, character will not
move tried everything.Restarted game does nothing

Sound also cuts in and out and sometimes does not work.

Sounds like a corrupt download (Steam), Steam have
been no help and I have a game that is unplayable.

Any help would be great

Can you tell me how to get a refund for this game, it
is unacceptable that I submitted this request 11 days
ago without any reply.

When I go into a store and get a faulty good I can
return it the next day, not having to wait nearly 5
weeks without any answer.

As a one-time customer service gesture we can issue you store credit for the amount of your purchase into your Steam Wallet. The credit will also remove the title or item from your account.

interesting how they are only offering you a store credit.. just so they can keep your money... that's very fucking lame.. but at least you will get to choose another game that you know works..
